My name is Raphael Reinig and with over a decade of experience in the field, I’ve developed a simple yet effective approach to Calisthenics and bodyweight training.
This video course is designed to help you master the fundamental Calisthenics exercises to build strength, muscle mass, mobility and body control. I will personally guide you through each level, explaining each exercise in detail and provide background information – my goal is for you to truly understand the fundamentals to progress in the long term and to prepare you for learning advanced Calisthenics skills.
