HOW DOES CALISTHENICS ONLINE COACHING WORK?

Basis: Individual training plan

Train with a training plan optimized for your goals and individual needs to reach your goals most efficiently!

1. Fill in the questionnaire (received after the payment) and sent it back to me.


2. Schedule a 15 min phone call with me talk about the details.


3. Your Calisthenics Training plan will be created especially for you according to your targets.


4. In addition to the exercises, you will also receive thorough video tutorials.


Addition 1: Live video-coaching session

Coaching time with your Personal Trainer! Here you can ask me any questions that you may have, discuss challenges of your training and even perform exercises live in front of the camera to receive a direct feedback. My guidance will make sure that you will get the most out of every workout!


Addition 2: Exercise video analysis

Hand in videos of your performance of the exercises on your training plan to receive an analysis of your technique and suggestions for improvement! That way you can progress in the most efficient and healthy way!
