HOW DOES OUR CALISTHENICS ONLINE COACHING WORK?
1. Get started
Contact me now and schedule a free 15 min phone call with me to talk about the details of our cooperation.
2. Preparation
Fill in the questionnaire about your goals and prerequisites and sent it back to me. We will now decide together whether we will work using A) live video-training or B) exercise video analysis.
3. Testing
You will now go through an individualized strength test so we can better understand your current level and what we need to focus on.
4. Training plan
Using the collected data, your Calisthenics training plan will be created especially for you according to your goals. The plan will be created in a shared document that is accessible for both of us. In there you will protocol all your training sessions which allows us to effectively keep track of your progress and adapt the plan as needed.
5. Feedback & Cooperation
Check-In: every week you can send me a quick check-in message to update me about your training in the previous week as well as about any extraordinary life or work events. This will help your adherence and gives me the possibility to make flexible adjustments to your training plan if needed.
Questions: you can always ask me questions via email and I will answer them as fast as possible, at most within 36h.
Once per week or every other week we will A) schedule a live video-training session or B) perform an exercise video analysis. This way we can optimize your technique to ensure even better training progress.
Option A: Live video-training
Here we will be doing full 1:1 Calisthenics training sessions, live in front of the camera. This way I will give you instant feedback about your exercise execution so that you can feel the improvement right away in the next set.
This method is mainly suitable if you can train at home and have at least the basic equipment: a pull-up bar, gymnastic rings and ideally some parallel bars.
Option B: Exercise video analysis
Train by yourself according to the training plan, film one set of each exercise, and then upload the footage. In the end of the week I will create a video analysis of your technique with feedback and suggestions for improvement which you can then integrate into your training in the following week.
This method is ideal if you want to train in your own pace, as no scheduling is required and you can train wherever you want – in the gym, at home or outdoors.

He’s always focused on long term effectiveness and sustainability. He’s given me so many microadjustements throughout our time training together to make sure I’m activating the right muscles and not positioning myself wrong to compensate for weaknesses elsewhere.
He has a pretty holistic view of health which works well with my own. I’ve been really happy that I’ve been able to develop my calisthenics skills, build muscle, and get definition too. For me one of my greater fears transferring from a regular yoga to calisthenics routine was that I’d start to get stiff and sore, and start to experience the same back pain I had when I used to train weights. But Raphael’s focus on proper form and execution of every rep has helped me to workout pain free. He’s also added into my routine stretches that have even increased my flexibility in some areas. He’s a great instructor who I highly recommend.

And besides, it is just an excellent workout. Discovered through a friend and couldn’t be happier that I did.
I started exercising a few times a week in a park near my house, With guidance from YouTube videos, I managed to reach some gains, especially in pull-ups, but for maybe half a year I tried to get the ability to do a muscle-up, but by no means succeeded. Until I met Raphael , I started training in the group under his guidance, which was great, after about three months I was able to do this hard thing called muscle-up and much more.
Despite his very young age, Raphael is a real expert in his field, he always knows how to give the exact tip that will correct the movement and boost performance and promote ability.
Ever since I started practicing with him, I’ve been coming piously every week, because it’s a shame to miss out even one such high-value sessions.
I am a Calisthenics newby – first try was in this class. Rafael is a fantastic teacher and creates and develops his classes based on the levels of his students so that everyone is pushed to a level that challenges them & I plan to never stop attending his classes.
