HOW DOES CALISTHENICS ONLINE COACHING WORK?
1. Get started
Contact me now and schedule a free 15 min phone call with me to talk about the details of our cooperation.
2. Preparation
Fill in the questionnaire about your goals and prerequisites and sent it back to me. We will now decide together whether we will work using A) live video-training or B) exercise video analysis.
3. Testing
You will now go through an individualized strength test.
4. Training plan
Using the collected data, your Calisthenics training plan will be created especially for you according to your goals. The plan will be created in a shared document that is accessible for both of us. In there you will protocol all your training sessions which allows us to effectively keep track of your progress and adapt the plan as needed.
5. Cooperation
Check-In: every week you will sent me a quick check-in email to update me about your training in the previous week as well as about any extraordinary life or work events. This will help your commitment and gives me the possiblity to make flexible adjustments to your training plan if needed.
Questions: you can always ask me questions via email and I will answer them as fast as possible, at most within 36h.
Once per week or every other week we will A) schedule a live video-training session or B) perform an exercise video analysis. This way we can optimize your technique to ensure even better training progress.
Option A: Live video-training
Here we will be doing full 1:1 Calisthenics training sessions, live in front of the camera. The focus will be on methodically learning new movements and perfecting your technique – therefore I will give you instant feedback about your exercise execution so that you can feel the improvement right away in the next set.
Option B: Exercise video analysis
Train by yourself according to the training plan, film one set of each exercise, and then upload the footage. In the end of the week I will create a video analysis of your technique with feedback and suggestions for improvement which you can then integrate into your training in the following week. This method is ideal if you want to train in your own pace as no scheduling is required.
