Single Leg Deadlift (Calisthenics exercise demonstration)

This video demonstrates the bodyweight exercise Single Leg Deadlift. It is an extremely effective exercise as nearly all muscles need to work hard to perform the movement, keep the tension and stabilize standing on one leg. In particular, training this exercise will increase strength of your posterior leg- and core muscles, improve balance and stability and hamstring mobility.
